This site centers around the facts of a series of three single vehicle accidents involving Adam King. King hit a concrete curb and flew off his racing bike. He then hit a sign post. Lastly he hit a palm tree. There were no other vehicles involved.

The information on these accidents comes from discovery in the case against Adam Costello, provided by the state. The case alleges that Adam Costello killed King, even though four Florida judges have stated that Costello had nothing to do with the death of King.

The Fort Myers Police Department’s (FMPD) own experts at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) provided reports that Adam Costello’s Toyota Tundra and King’s Yamaha racing motorcycle never made contact at any time. It is obvious from the cell phone records, also provided by FDLE at FMPD’s request, that Costello’s Toyota and the Ram 1500 with a camper top identified by King’s fellow racing pack riders, the state’s only “eye witnesses,” came from different directions and left in opposite directions. This means that Costello was nowhere near King’s motorcycle at any point that evening, according to discovery provided by the state.

Additionally the damage to Adam Costello’s Toyota Tundra is consistent with being hit by a Ram truck, not being hit by a motorcycle.

The supervising police officer in charge of the case and arresting officer of Adam Costello, was arrested for fabricating evidence and making up false charges against innocent people. He was fired from the FMPD.

In the discovery there is proof of witness tampering by three individuals, one of which is an investigator in the case. Outside of that discovery, there is witness tampering by a sheriff’s deputy.

There is also the insurance fraud situation with King’s mother and her attorney. See attached articles of proof of the Florida BAR ongoing investigation into the insurance fraud and ethical violation. It is believed the $250,000 insurance fraud is the primary motivation for the witness tampering and over the top media appearances.

Adam King was one of the riders in a pack of racing bikes the night of the series of accidents. It appears these riders met up regularly to ride through residential neighborhoods at speeds in excess of 100 mph. For some reason King’s supposed record of being arrested as many as four times for reckless riding, and a judge taking his license away for up to two years, has been sealed. As a result of King’s known record of repeatedly trying to kill himself on his motorcycle, in the video King is referenced as the Habitual Offender.

Video 1 – according to discovery. Broken into three parts due to size. A revision is in the process of being made to show which vehicle is the Ram 1500 with the camper top, which is King (blue), which is Bernal, and which is the Toyota Tundra with an empty truck bed.

As of May 17, 2025 there is an ongoing battle on this case in federal court. See court documents in the Articles section.
