Adam couldn’t trust his attorneys so he filed Pro Se. The courts are required to hold Pro Se litigants laymen standards untrained in the science of law. Instead, as you can see, the 6th DCA is nit picking the smallest details of a service page, even though the 6th DCA notifies the parties, anyway. This is quite obviously an attempt to not have to issue the Mandamus, or at least slow it way down. See below.
